Partnerships

ACAP (Victoria) has been progressively strengthening ties with allied organisations. Networking with these organisations provides synergies and tangible benefits to ACAP (Victoria) members.

ACAP (Victoria) has a close association with the ambulance services in Victoria. The associations between the Metropolitan Ambulance Service and Rural Ambulance Victoria are highly valued by the College.

These partnerships mean that all ACAP members can benefit and access their regular professional development opportunities.

Educational Support Funding

The College in Victoria sets aside an amount of money annually which is available to the membership for the funding and support of educational activities. Various amounts are available depending upon the activity being undertaken. ACAP (Victoria) also provides on an adhoc basis additional funding for specific events which is always in addition to this annual allocation.

We are pleased to announce our provision of three (3) full registrations to the Australian College of Ambulance Professionals national conference in September 2007. These will be drawn from the members who attend any of the ACAP (Victoria) educational activities between 1st October 2006 and 30th July 2007.

There is also funding available for members who would prefer a direct application. There are many excellent meetings occurring in Australia this year and members may like to consider an applications for any suitable event. Application details are available from the forms register.
